Small shop, mighty work. Rule Studios has been printing in Boise for 30 years, founded by Doug Rule in 1996. In January 2026, Eric and Samantha Stephenson took the reins. Same shop, same staff, same quality. Now veteran-owned, with Doug still running prints when the mood strikes.
